We will continuously improve our processes, procedures, and practices to achieve our goal of an injury free workplace. All accidents can be prevented. SSP actively engages in community service. Community service initiatives boost employee morale and foster a sense of teamwork and camaraderie within our organization. Volunteering creates a shared sense of purpose among employees, strengthens relationships, and builds a positive company culture centered around giving back. Initiatives like these have a profound impact on both the recipients and the volunteers involved. Providing meals through Total Ministries helps address food insecurity, ensuring those in need have access to nourishing meals. This act of kindness can alleviate some of the struggles faced by individuals and families experiencing financial hardship. Participating in Habitat for Humanity’s home-building projects also significantly impacts the community. By contributing to the construction of homes, SSP employees provide stable housing to individuals in need. Access to safe and decent housing is essential for people’s well-being and can improve living conditions and security. Additionally, community service provides our employees opportunities for personal growth and development. They may gain new skills, develop empathy and compassion, and experience a sense of fulfillment from helping others.

SSP takes special precautions to protect the environment and considers environmental protection issues in all applicable business decisions. In its guidelines, SSP acknowledges a high level of social responsibility towards its employees, society and the environment. The SSP environmental policy is derived from this belief. It expresses the desire to assure that legal requirements are fulfilled and that the environmental situation of the company continuously improves. Compliance with this environmental policy is an obligation for all employees.
SSP complies with applicable environmental laws, regulations, codes of practice, and other environmental requirements to which we subscribe. Furthermore, SSP develops and maintains management systems for identifying relevant requirements and for monitoring performance of related activities. The management systems that are implemented by SSP are evaluated on a regular basis and continuously improved with appropriate and economically feasible measures.
